Map and Globe of Spesnova
Pathol
Pathol features limb-like expanses of land that extend outwards from its central region. These frozen, tentacle-like extensions are in stark contrast to the warm, fertile heart of the continent, which is rich in natural resources and open land with nutrient-rich soil. The oceanic volcanic activity stretching from the south of Kalor regularly blankets the region in ash not only contributing to the fertility of the soil but also presenting opportunities for geothermal energy development. Despite its extreme climate, Pathol supports a diverse range of flora and fauna, making it our hotspot for scientific research expeditions.
Kalor
Kalor is a small spiral-shaped land mass that acts as a chimney to regulate the planet's temperature by releasing hot gases from deep within the planet's interior in a spiral staircase to the center of the planet. Though the heat expelled is too damaging even for our other space exploration rovers. Despite its extreme climate, the continent boasts hot pools, geysers, and rare minerals and metals, making it an attractive prospect for geothermal energy and mining. The unique spiral shape of Kalor creates distinct ecosystems at different elevations, which are home to a variety of unique plant and animal species that have adapted to survive in this harsh environment.
Ocha
Ocha has a unique feature that sets it apart from others; it moves on a central hinge of rocky land. This geological phenomenon creates a constantly changing terrain that transitions between mountains, valleys, and deep trenches. The most prominent feature of this planet, however, is its coast-to-coast mountain ranges that run parallel to the equator. These towering peaks are not only visually stunning but also provide diverse habitats for unique plant and animal species that have adapted to the varied climates and altitudes. Though because of this our researchers have yet to fully scale the enormity that is Ocha.
Automida
Automida is the widest continent with a mysterious past, believed to have once been a living creature. The continent is home to a diverse range of flora and fauna, with dense forests and sprawling plains providing habitats for various plant and animal species. Many discoveries have uncovered never before seen evidence of possible creature giants that now remain as the “land” for the rest of the inhabitants of the planet, including a deep humming equivalent to what our seismologists are used to studying
